This example was built in 1940 as a DC-3-277B & in March of that year became NC25658 of American Airlines. Between 1942 & 1944 she was flown by the US Army & then returning to AA afterwards. Flying for several airlines over the years, she was bought in 2008 by Francisco Agullo & received a major overhaul at Opa Locka in Florida. The following year she was flown to Switzerland & became HB-IRJ, operated by the Super Constellation Flyers Association & used by Breitling for advertising.
