A sprightly departure from Runway 33 at Birmingham for one of Hamilton Aviation Incorporated’s Gulfstream G650s – headed for warmer climes some six hours flying time away over the North Atlantic Ocean, towards Bermuda.
One of the largest and fastest executive aircraft produced by Gulfstream Aerospace today, the G650 first took to the skies in late 2009, with the extended-range G650ER being certified five years later.
Both variants share an efficient British powerplant for their renowned high performance, in the form of the Rolls-Royce BR725 turbofan.
