History was made on December 23rd 2023, when the first Indian registered Airbus A350 touched down in New Delhi. The aircraft, VT-JRA, is Air India’s first out of five A350’s to be delivered. It sports Air India’s brand new livery, part of the airlines rebranding strategy, and definitely sets forth a promise for a changed, and better Air India.
The aircraft features a four-class configuration, and can seat upto 316 passengers. It will initially begin flying on domestic routes, before being deployed to international routes later in the year.
