The first of Air India’s four remaining 747-400s (formally VT-EVA aka “Agra”) on the roll as OMD223 nonstop Roswell (ROW) after flying in from Mumbai (BOM). This 747 was retired in 2021 after 25 years of commercial service as well as used for presidential and prime minister flights. After three years of sitting in Mumbai, it was bought by AerSale Inc. Speculation is that it will be converted into a freighter or parted out, hopefully she finds a new life.
